Question :: What should we wear for our session?
Answer :: What you wear for your session is very important. It will make a big impact. For visual balance you can co-ordinate, such as all in blues or all in neutrals; but please do NOT all wear white or black t-shirts and jeans. Relaxed shots will be more authentic if you are in comfortable clothing. Wear colours you love or outfits you get compliments in. Solid colours, subtle prints and classic casual clothing are always complimentary. Try to avoid big logos with lots of colour variation as they can be visually distracting and date quickly. Simply, clothing that are in a similar tonal range results in a more pleasing portrait, ensuring that one family member does not stand out more than another. You are more than welcome to bring along a selection of outfits to change into so to vary the look of your portraits.

Question :: Do you help us dress for our session? I'm apprehensive about dressing my entire family.
Answer :: For an extra cost I can come to your house and do a pre-consultation where we I can offer tips and suggestions for your outfits and wall art specifically for your home.
Question :: Should makeup be worn, and how much?
Answer :: Make-up should be used to highlight features and contours of your face. Foundation should be smooth and provide an almost flawless finish, lip colour should appear slightly darker than your skin tone.
Question :: Do you offer hair and make-up services?
Answer :: YES! We are able to organise for a Hair and Make-up artist to get you ready for your session.
Question :: Do you travel? If so, what is your distance restriction?
Answer :: YES!! We LOVE to travel! We will go anywhere!
Question :: How long after our session do we get to see our images?
Answer :: Your Images will be available approx 2 weeks after your session.
Question :: Do we receive a USB with the images, or do we have to schedule an ordering session?
Answer :: After your gallery is ready we do a viewing session. At this appointment there is the option to just order the USB with all final images on it.
Question :: How long after we put in our order do we get our prints or albums?
Answer :: Payment is due in full before any order will be placed. Once the order has been placed it takes about 4 weeks for prints and products. Albums can take up to 8 weeks.
