Maternity Sessions
Why maternity photos? This is a special time in your life where only you have that unique bond with your growing baby, one that no-one else can feel, through the magic of a maternity session you can capture that feeling. Maternity photographs can be taken in a modern, tasteful and relaxed setting. It is best done in early to mid third trimester (28-36) to show off your amazing bump in all its glory.
WHERE IS THE MATERNITY SESSION DONE?
These sessions are generally done at my studio, but can be organised for an outdoor location of your choice. Great locations include parks, fields, farms, vineyards etc.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Clothing that shows off your bump! Bring a few options with you and we can do a couple of outfit changes. I also have a few nice flowy materials and maternity gowns for you to use if you wish. I will also go through alternatives and options to bring in further detail when planning your session.
CAN MY PARTNER OR CHILDREN BE INCLUDED IN MY SESSION?
Yes! I really recommend having some photos that include you together.
CAN I HAVE MY HAIR AND MAKE UP DONE?
If you would like your hair and make up professionally done, we can organise for a local hair and make up artist to come to the studio before your session. This is an additional cost. A deposit will be required to secure this booking.

I also offer belly casting as an add on to your maternity session. We can then also use your belly cast as a bowl/prop for your baby for a newborn session which makes the session so much more uniques & special.
Mini Maternity Sessions … … … … … $495 ($395 if you book a newborn session at the same time)
The best things in life are simple, and a mini maternity session is perfect for capturing a few images of your baby belly. Done on Weekdays and limited weekends and held at the studio. These sessions are 30 to 45 minutes long

The deluxe session is perfect if your looking for more than just a few images. Designed for you and your family. No two are alike. Your deluxe session might take place at your home, the studio, a favourite park, vineyard, or virtually any other location. Where you decide is as much a part of the story as who appears in the photos. Your session is custom designed, for and by you. We’ll work together to plan the perfect location, time, and activity. Done on Weekdays and limited weekends and held at the studio or on location. These sessions are 45 to 60 minutes long
